Withdrawal from the contract is not possible:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- for sealed products that the customer has opened after delivery,<\/span><\/li>\n
- for goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons,<\/span><\/li>\n
- when the value of the goods is reduced due to the customer’s handling, which is not strictly necessary to check the product.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Refund<\/b><\/p>\n
The purchase price will be refunded to the customer no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\nThe costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\nComplaints and material defect<\/b><\/h3>\n
The customer may assert a complaint or material defect in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/span>
