Validity of the general terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions are valid at the time of placing the order and are available at all times on the website www.tekmec.si.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with the general terms and conditions and agree to them.

The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website and shall not affect orders placed before the entry into force of the amendments.

Accessibility of information

The provider undertakes to provide the customer with the following information before the conclusion of the contract:

• the identity of the company and contact details,
• essential characteristics of the products,
• availability of products,
• prices of products and any delivery costs,
• methods of payment and delivery,
• the right to withdraw from the contract and the conditions of return,
• the procedure for asserting claims and actual errors.
  

Product offer and age restriction

The online store www.tekmec.si sells alcoholic beverages. The purchase of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to adults (18 years or older).
By placing an order, the customer expressly confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is true.
The provider reserves the right to verify the customer’s age when placing the order or upon delivery, and the right to refuse to hand over the goods in the event of suspected violation of the age restriction.

The provider is not responsible for the consequences of improper, irresponsible or excessive use of alcoholic beverages.

Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The change in price does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery method

Delivery is carried out by post or via contractual delivery services to the address specified by the customer when ordering.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost is clearly displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

Delivery time

The provider strives to dispatch the order as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from confirmation of the order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The provider is not responsible for delays in delivery that are the result of the delivery service’s actions or unforeseen circumstances.

Inspection of the shipment

The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt. In the event of visible damage, this must be reported immediately to the delivery service and the provider. The provider cannot take into account later complaints due to damage caused during delivery.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the online store www.tekmec.si:

Payment by pro forma invoice / UPN

After placing the order, the customer receives a pro forma invoice in PDF format to the email address provided when ordering. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

Payment by credit card

Payment by credit card is made through the Stripe system. Payments are secure and compliant with applicable legislation. The provider does not store credit card information.

Ordering process

The ordering process takes place in the following steps:

1. selection of products,
2. review of the shopping cart,
3. entering data for delivery and payment,
4. placing the order.

After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment when the provider sends the customer an order confirmation.

Right to withdraw from the contract

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

Conditions for return

The product must be:

• undamaged,
• in original packaging,
• without signs of use.

In the case of alcoholic beverages, the bottle must be unopened, the security seal undamaged, and the contents unchanged.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible:

• for sealed products that the customer has opened after delivery,
• for goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons,
• when the value of the goods is reduced due to the customer’s handling, which is not strictly necessary to check the product.

Refund

The purchase price will be refunded to the customer no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Complaints and material defect

The customer may assert a complaint or material defect in accordance with applicable legislation.
Claims can be sent to the email address info@satej.si.

Responsibility

The provider is not responsible for damage that may occur due to improper, irresponsible or excessive use of alcoholic beverages.

The provider strives for the correct functioning of the website, but is not responsible for any disruptions, errors or temporary unavailability of the website.

Protection of personal data

The provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy, published on the website.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The provider does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve disputes that the customer may initiate in accordance with the law.

Customers also have the option of lodging a complaint via the online dispute resolution platform (ODR), available at:

Dispute resolution and law

The provider and the customer will strive to resolve any disputes amicably.
The court with jurisdiction in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction for all disputes. The law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply.
